Shri M Komaraiah, CEO of the well diversified “SHALIVAHANA GROUP”, a conglomerate of leading companies active in construction, real estate, engineering , non-conventional power sectors, education and eco-tourism.

Having completed his Bachelor of Engineering-Civil from the Osmania University, Hyderabad in the year 1983, he focused on building his career in the field of Real Estate Development with the visionary zeal that has prompted the emergence of Shalivahana Projects Limited, a flagship Company of the group. 

Throughout his career in this industry, he has continually spearheaded magnificent achievements to his credit. The following are a few to mention :

In this fast paced Environment conscious Community, Shri M Komaraiah has associated through “SHALIVAHANA PROJECTS LIMITED" in setting up a 6MW Biomass based Power Project at Mancherial. one of the backward districts of Andhra Pradesh, thus contributing for economic development of the area.

A Visionary, in line with the corporate mission and vision, his Company “Minerva Power Corporation Limited” is setting up a 60 KLPD Ethanol Project at Maharashtra, a project that would help save valuable foreign currency and the fast depleting fossil fuels.

With the missionary goal of offering affordable and sustainable quality education, Shri M Komaraiah reached out into the field of Education through “PALLAVI EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY” with the start of Pallavi Model School at Hasmathpet in the year 1994. The school is affiliated to CBSE and has established itself in the field of education with a total strength of about 1800 students. The academic record established by the school is par excellence. The school has achieved 100% success in Class X with highest percentage of Ist divisions. Students of the school have not only reached their heights in academics but have also achieved laurels in the field of sports and extra curricular activities in line with the school motto of “Building a total personality of the children”.

Encouraged by the excellent performance of Pallavi Model school, the society has started another school “Pallavi Vidya Nikethan” at Nacharam in the year 2004.

Shri M Komaraiah is the Chairman of “Balaji Arun Educational Society” which is holding the franchisee of “Delhi Public School, Secunderabad, Mahendra Hills / Nacharam Campus”. 

Shri M Komaraiah in the capacity of Pro-Vice-Chairman of the Management Sub-committee (DPSS) has made a substantial value addition to the brand “DPS, Secunderabad, Mahindra Hills / Nacharam Campus".

A Philanthropist at heart, his true intent of serving the Community will be realized through the development of the Eco-tourism project awarded by AP Eco-tourism Corporation at The Deer Park, Shamirpet by providing for Environment Conservation and also as a Rejuvenation Centre for the stressed-out common man.
